Supply and fit, or fit-only for a charger you have already chosen. The survey checks your board, main fuse and earthing first, so anything else that needs doing is in the quote rather than sprung on you on the day.
One customer was left with "clear and precise instructions" and everything needed to start charging. Another had their meter and main fuse moved first — that meant liaising with their energy supplier and wiring in the new fuse and distribution box around it.

After having my house fuse and meter moved prior to an EV charger install, James wired in the house fuse and distribution box. Their work was of the highest standard, I was advised on the cable routing, he liased with octopus energy, who were moving the smartmeter and checked the house breakers and earth's.
James even helped me move the sofa back :-)
I'm very happy with the work and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Which chargers do you install?
All the mainstream units, tethered or untethered. If you have not chosen yet, you will get a recommendation based on your car, your tariff and where you park.
Will my fuse board need work first?
Sometimes. The survey checks it before quoting, so any alterations are priced up front.
How long does it take?
Most installations are done in half a day including commissioning and app setup.
